ADVOCACY
For the past 12+ years, PBA through its Principal & MD - Canon Peter Bruinvels CC has been an Advocate of both the Armed Forces Covenant and the MoD Employers Recognition Scheme ('ERS') influencing, persuading and supporting Civilian-Military Partnership Boards ('CMPBs'), Armed Forces Champions, Local Authorities ('LAs'), Unit Welfare Officers and NHS Trusts through 'Working in Partnership and Engaging' with them at all levels.
Proven and Tested Examples included Armed Forces Awareness Training and Mentoring; Running and Speaking at Armed Forces Covenant Conferences; Setting up Veterans Hubs; Business Breakfasts; Economic Development; Advising the MoD Ministers and Parliament.
